- Holders of an occupation permit
- Holders of a residence permit as retired non-citizens
- Holders of a residence permit under the IRS, RES, PDS & IHS
- Holders of a permanent residence permit
The non-citizen must construct a residential property on the acquired land within five years of the purchase date, adhering to the architectural guidelines set forth by the smart city developer. It is important to note that the non-citizen buyer cannot sell or transfer the serviced plot until the residential property is completed.
Additionally, non-citizens can acquire built residential properties, including villas, houses, townhouses, apartments, and duplexes, under the Smart City Scheme, subject to approval from the Economic Development Board in accordance with the Non-Citizen Property Restriction Act.
As for the built residential options—specifically apartments and duplexes—we are currently in the conceptual phase and will share detailed information and pricing as soon as it becomes available.
